What you can expect from us
1. What you can expect from us
As soon as the complete diagnostics and treatment planning have been completed, we will inform you about:
- the findings
- the planned therapy
- the timeline
- any potentially necessary preliminary measures
This allows you to maintain a clear overview and reliably align your own planning.
2. Exclusively orthodontic treatments
We carry out exclusively the orthodontic measures that are necessary for the treatment.
We do not take on routine services that can easily be performed in your practice, e.g. conservative treatments, fillings, or standard check-ups.
The only exception is professional tooth cleaning during our follow-up appointments, provided this is meaningful within the treatment context.
3. Clear referrals when needed
If additional services become necessary during diagnostics or therapy, we will ask you to provide:
- extractions
- specific radiographic images (e.g. CBCT)
- periodontal pretreatment
- any restorative measures that may be required
Your patients are in good hands with us

Return referral without detours
After completion of the active treatment, we will:
- inform you about the outcome
- provide details on the retention phase
- transmit relevant documentation (models, photos, radiographs)
- refer your patients back to you
You will always receive complete documentation for your records and for shared quality assurance.
