We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly for a specific purpose for a period of seven days in order to detect, limit, and eliminate attacks on our websites. After this period, the IP address is deleted or anonymized.  

Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and stability of our website in accordance with the revDSG.

When you visit our websites, so-called usage data are temporarily stored on our web server as logs for statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our websites.

This data record consists of:

• the page from which the file was requested,  
• the name of the file,  
• the date and time of the request,  
• the amount of data transferred,  
• the access status (file transferred, file not found),  
• the description of the type of web browser used,  
• the IP address of the requesting computer, which is shortened in such a way that it is no longer possible to establish a personal reference.  

The aforementioned log data are stored only in anonymized form.

We transfer your data to service providers who support us in operating our websites and the associated processes (order processing). These service providers are contractually obligated to process your data exclusively in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the data protection requirements of the revDSG.

To protect your data from unauthorized access, we implement technical and organizational security measures. The transmission of your data is encrypted using TLS technology. You can recognize this by the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar and the use of https://.

Under the revised Data Protection Act (revDSG), you have the following rights:

• the right to information about the data stored about you,  
• the right to rectification of incorrect personal data,  
• the right to deletion, provided no statutory retention obligations conflict with this,  
• the right to restriction of or objection to processing,  
• the right to data disclosure or data portability, where applicable.  

To exercise your rights, please contact the contact point specified in the legal notice (Imprint).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations.

If you apply to us, we process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of the application process and applicant selection. Processing is carried out on the basis of your voluntary information as well as for the implementation of pre-contractual measures in accordance with the revDSG.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Your application documents will be treated confidentially.  

In the event of an unsuccessful application, your documents will be deleted no later than six months after completion of the process, unless further consent has been given.

You have the option to contact us via our contact form. The information marked as mandatory fields is required to process your inquiry.

Processing is carried out for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or for handling your inquiry. Voluntary information is provided on the basis of your consent.

Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing and no statutory retention obligations exist.

We integrate maps from the provider Google on our websites. To prevent automatic data transfer, map content is loaded only after your active consent.

Only after clicking on the preview image will content from Google be loaded. In doing so, Google receives the information that you have accessed our website, as well as technically necessary usage data. We have no influence on Google’s further data processing.

Integration is carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with the revDSG.
